No thanks to supplements or weight loss herbs/etc,Im already losing and controlling weight w/ no sugar/low carbs. I have energy. cannot get in exercise every day due to wrk schedule(cant change it now)I dont prefer a personal trainer. seems no matter what effort you make to "stay in shape", health experts say Oh thats not nearly enough- you need to ramp it up til you're miserable. Go uphill and faster for "intervals" or you'll get flabby and weak again. Or if you're aged 40's+? Just forget it . Weight training-make it heavier til you can barely do it. You'll get loose skin a lot faster if you lose weight now that you're appraoching/in middle age. And you must "break a sweat" (I rarely do in neutral weather even though I'm winded and working out fairly hard to my standards)or you're not doing anything. The word is out-it's impossible to"get/stay in shape" according to current standards of youth and hobby athletes.

when you get on the treadmill, bike, or stepper, take a book to read! it passes the time. this only works if your not running on the treadmill, but if you walk on the treadmill try to be at the highest incline level. good luck sweetie!!!

I've been on my new diet for 4 days (the fourth day now) and I've already lost 1.76pounds. I only drink water and watch what I eat. I count calories eaten and burned and I always make sure Ive burned more calories than Ive consumed. I havent been exercising yet coz Im waiting for my treadmill to arrive but I work 8.5hour days and Im on my feet the whole time. I am also using fat blaster max, its a herbal diet supplement theres actually nothing it in chemical wise. Everything that is in it is herbal, like green tea for metabolism etc. I looked into it before I purchased it and its been reviewed to work. Plus Im having no side effects.

My question is, do you think the 1.76pounds would mostly be water weight? Or actual stored fats being burned? (Coz in a roundabout way Im not eating any fats coz theyre being disposed of by the diet pill so youd think youd be burning your fat stores straight away). Also, do you think the weight loss will continue like this? or will it plateau?

Oh Im 20 years old. Starting weight of 140.21pounds, current weight 138.45. Im 5'4. And my goal weight is 114pounds.
To the third post, I am eating normally. Im just making sure I have healthy choices and lower calories and portions.
And no i will not become a vegetarian. I like meat too much. And I hate most vegetables.
I already walk 8.5 hours a day because Im on my feet all day for work. On my days off I will run 2hrs. So Im getting enough exercise too.
Oh, forgot to add (also to third post). There's no problem with me eating fast food we have no maccas, KFC, hungry jacks, pizza hut, eagle boys, dominos, red rooster etc etc etc where i live.

Me all I do is eat veggies and exercise at least 5 times a week and I keep on moving like tapping my legs while sitting it helps more calories to be burnt and be active :) I lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks :)

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good tea to help with weight loss. I already know about green tea but is there any others that give you that boost?

My mom drinks white tea alot and it pretty much tastes a little bit sweeter than green tea. It claims to boost ur metabolism to help u burn fat and gain muscle. So what the heck……just go for it. Best wishes and God bless.

I hv not found any medicine which could control obesity in reality. Ultimately I gave up the hope of being slim. No herb or medicine works to cure obesity.

I’m 15 & I’m going to be in the 10th grade this year and i have recently gained alot of my weight back since i lost it and it makes me extremly upset and also makes me NOT want to go out side, plus it makes me feel suicidal ugly. And ppl bring it up to my face too, my grandma calls me fat and or makes rude comments and so do my friends even though there insecure as shit too. When i first lost weight i ate like a piece of cracker or so and worked out ALOT. but then i stop and then before you know it I’m almost back to where i was. i eat healthy but how in America can anyone stay skinny nor to a healthy weight with all this shit they put in our food. i mean if you REALLY want to eat healthy you’ll have to eat organic which is expensive or die of starvation. Plus I’m sick of being over weight. I’ve been over weight all my life and for once i wish my genetics would fuck off and let me be happy. I just want to be healthy. i want to have mostly an athletic build but i have did an ab lounge, lift weights and work on my thighs for weeks and yet nothing happened but disappointment. Are there any natural foods (actually natural) that help with weight loss? any herbs? drinks? metabolism speeders? so on? and as for exercising, i have no energy AT ALL nor motivation even though i do eat fruit and veg…PLEASE HELP!!

i just want to be healthy and happy, and able to stay that way with out foods fatty shit always after my body…

and i have asthma…that hates my very existance….what can make it feel like i dont have it anymore?

I’m sorry your family and friends are so unsupportive. I think you will start to feel better about yourself if you can concentrate on losing weight to make yourself healthier, instead of others teasing you about your weight.

Organic food is good, but if you can’t afford it, it is possible to find cheaper, conventionally grown food that is nearly as good for you. Try to avoid high fructose corn syrup as much as possible. It’s a pretty sure sign that something is highly processed cr*p and not nearly as good for you as it might claim. Read ingredient labels and try to buy only foods where you recognize all of the ingredients.

Also, be sure to drink lots and lots of plain water (6-8 glasses a day is recommended). Water has 0 calories, but fills you up just like any other thing you put in your stomach, so if you drink a glass before every meal and instead of having a snack, you’ll eat less. Staying hydrated also keeps your body healthier in general.

Also, concentrate on eating lots of plain fruits, raw or “al dente” vegetables, and whole grain breads. Treat meat, eggs, and dairy products more like condiments than the main course, and get low-fat and lean cuts. Animal products are one area where it’s best to go organic and/or grassfed if at all possible. Keep apples, bananas, baby carrots, and similar foods around to eat as snacks when you get hungry.

For exercising, start slow. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for evening strolls around your neighborhood on nice days, etc. Try to do at least one thing daily “the hard way” and it will quickly become a habit. I often get impatient with elevators and escalators, actually - if I’m only going up one or two floors, I’m much faster on foot! Then do two things, etc.

Hope this helps a little.

bananas, applesauce, rice and vegetables (sometimes brown, sometimes white) black eyed peas, hummus, granola, chicken and rice soup w veggies, pita bread, sushi.

I only drink herbal tea, or red tea, and water.

These foods are all healthy. The only thing wrong with your diet is that there is not enough variety. You’re on the right track, but need to include a larger variety of foods. You haven’t included dairy or fats and your body needs both. It sounds like you aren’t getting very much protein either. When you say rice and vegetables you don’t indicate what kind of vegetables, but you may not be getting dark green vegetables that you need. However, it sounds much better than a lot of people.

Have you used these? Any side effects?
Will I manage to get from a size 14 to 12 in 8wks? Going on holiday you see. Thanks.

Eight weeks is enough time to exercise yourself from a 14 to a 12, and will be much better longterm for you.
Get stuck into a gym or exercise programme for a solid hour a day (start at 30 minutes, and build to 40, 50 and 60 mins every second day), and stick with it.
It will take the first four weeks to build up your fitness to cope with the exercise, and the second four weeks to really show change in your shape.
You'll look better and feel better and have lots of energy to make the most of your holiday!

Does anyone know what the herb is that hes talking about? The one that make you lose the belly fat and hips?

Its a massive scam, forget about it! No herb will make you lose fat in any specific place. These types of scams are disgusting as they rely on exploiting vulnerable people who want answers. The answer for weight loss is diet and exercise…no magic cure exists. Save your money for buying lots of fresh fruit and veg and the membership fee for the gym.
