loosing weight is not a hard and fast rule, and you certainly can&#39;t do it in a month&#39;s time. Stressing will not help, because that actually affects your weight loss.

To loose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. Remember you are burning calories even while you are reading this, however, you need to get involved in some sort of continuous activity for at least 20 minutes, in order to raise your heart rate. You must exercise at least 3 times a week to see weight loss benefits. The key here is metabolism. Your metabolism is your ability to burn calories. Some people have low metabolism, others have hight. This is something that you can increase by exercising, eating healthy several meals a day, and drinking green tea.

When it comes to eating, stay away from high fructose corn syrup. Foods that have that cause you to become hungry sooner than you would want to eat. You should try to concentrate on whole foods, whole grains, and fruits and veggies. My motto is if its something you can&#39;t grow or make on your own, then it probably isn&#39;t healthy. A lot of canned food, especially veggies, aren&#39;t healthy since its packed in sodium water. If you cannot buy fresh veggies and need to buy canned, I suggest straining all the salt water out of the veggies, and then rinsing them with cold water.Also, stay away from pop. Pop is the biggest reason why our country is so fat. Something that used to be looked as a treat is now being consumed in the gallons. Put a stop to this habit if you drink pop. Eat several times a day. My eating schedule is something like this : 7 am breakfast, 10 am healthy snack. 12 or 1 pm. lunch. 3 pm. healthy snack. 6 pm. dinner. 9 pm. herbal tea with a bit of skim milk. If you spread your eating among several time periods, you do not overeat at your meals. 

When it comes to exercising, there are countless things you can do. Anything that gets your heart rate up for at least twenty minutes is fair game. My choice of exercises are pilates (good for toning) aerobic exercises, the elliptical and the stair master. Did I mention that weight lifting is great, and burns more calories. 

Overall, to lose weight, you have cultivate a habit of exercising and eating healthy. It requires you to resist temptation, urges to eat things that are not good for you. This does not mean that you cannot cheat, because it is ok to cheat once in a while. However, plan when you are going to cheat, and how you are going to cheat. The only real way to lose weight healthly is to burn off more calories than you consume. I did this by cutting out unhealthy snacks and stop eating mcdonalds.

Get a gym membership. Do 70% cardio and 30% weight training. Do at least 30-45 minutes of intense workout 4-5 times a week, and eat healthy foods in small portions. If you can&#39;t get a gym membership, go jogging and do jumping jacks. Rule of thumb: If your fat is jiggling, you&#39;re burning it. If your muscles hurt, they&#39;re toning up.

Eat salads and lean meat. The greener and leaner, the better. Fruits are good too. Chips, soda, candy, etc. are all bad. 

If you are really hungry, eat a handful of nuts or a little bit of beef jerky (the bagged kind). They are both high in protein and will keep you satisfied for a while.

		<description>i am five feet even also. I&#39;m 15 and i weigh 108 lbs. what i do is i work for it. and i eat organic food. i love fruits and veggies. Working out for me is 30 minutes a day with cardio (meaning like running around the block) 15 minutes of strength training ( i like crunches and planks) and make sure you stretch before and after. its easy to eat right. count calories. make sure you don&#39;t eat more then 2000 a day because that will add more pounds. also if you have comcast then use fitness tv on demand. its a life saver when too hot or too cold to go outside. just be active and watch your food intake&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
