My friend doesn't have a computer, so he asked me to ask his question for him. He's going on vacation on the 10th of July and he wants to lose weight before he goes. He weighs 240 pounds right now, and he wants to lose at least 60 or more. What are the best and fastest ways for him to lose weight before he leaves, and what are the best recommendations to help? Or is it even possible to lose that much in such a short time? Whether it is or not, he still wants to know what he should to do and how much he'll lose by that day.
In 12 days it is not possible to lose that much weight!!

At a safe rate of 4 lbs. a week (an easy feat), he'll be down some 15-odd pounds.

My aunt tried the "24 hour Hollywood liquid diet" you can buy bottles of some juice at like walmart or something in the vitamin row or something…
anyways… she lost about 20 pounds in a single week…
It WAS NOT HEALTHY… but it worked… she spent that week on the toilet, but she said it was worth it…

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
