I'm not doing this to impress anybody but i really need to loose weight. Please do not recommend any diet programs or things i have 2 spend money on. I dont have 2 much time 2 exercise. I have a treadmil an excercise ball and ddr (lol) and a computer with alot of music i listen 2. But i really need to lose weight quickly and fastly. I plan of being slim by June.

Well the Master Cleanse aka the Lemonade Diet is really popular. I went on it and lost about 20 pounds in two weeks. I must say that I had the drink mix and it tasted disgusting I couldn't stomach the lemonade and spiciness together. But if you are really determined you can do it. For a hint I drank the honey and the pure lemon juice then took the pepper in a tablet so I was getting the same thing just not tasting the paper.

I suggest you don't go this for too long as it may initiate problems is used for too long. So only a a week two weeks max. Good luck starting middle school! Just remember be careful you are young is dangerous to malnourish you body.

Don't fall victim to all the products they endorse on those websites just go to a health food store and order the products. Or you can just order the mix and herbal tea online. But read very carefully the first days you will be miserable and you will be pooping ALOT. Give it time though don't give up.

Many people on this board are going to say diet and excerise but if you want to lose it quick this is the way to go. You can combine exercise with this but after the first couple days because those days you will be tired.

    I recomend you do these things. Don't try any diet plans. none of them will work besides weight watchers. But you don't need that. I recomend you watch what you eat and just get a good membership at a local gym. If you don't have time to commit yourself, your fine. If your not doing anything, you can go. You can come and go as you please. Do that and cardio exercises. Like using a tread mill and doing things to get your heat pumping. And drink green tea. It makes you lose weight fast. Good luck!

    Just watch what you eat and don't starve yourself. Live an active lifestyle and exercise at least a few times a week. Believe me, I know it seems hard, but I'm sure you'll lose weight if you stick with it! Good luck!

    Losing weight too quickly isn't good for you and can cause you to gain even more weight back eventually. Take it slow, eat healthy foods, and exercise.

    Just don't eat to much junk food, but don't stop eating! Eat fruits and vegetables. If you ever have anytime use your treadmill or something.

    Okay well, don't run on the treadmill everyday, (It's really bad for your body) But what you do want to do is work a different part of your body every other day and on the days in between play sports. Start counting calories and don't starve yourself because it will slow down your metabolism making it harder to stay thin. (Sorry this is so long) So like work on your shoulders and chest one day (Push ups are good for this and different variations of push ups) then work on your leg muscles by running another day, then work on your abs anther day (Sit ups-use the ball for this because it helps when you can go back) And stretch first and when your done so you don't hurt yourself.

    It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly. The one thing which really worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a few free trials remaining, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away 30 pounds, it really does produce results!

    Well … till June is plenty of time .. However you need to change your lifestyle ..

    Just doing some exercises won't change that .. Use a fat burner before you run .. It will speed up the consumption of fat … don't eat any junk food .. stick to cotton cheese .. chicken breast .. (no kentucky or mcdonalds though :) ) .. lots of fruits and vegetables .. no sweets .. well .. dark chocolate could be good .. because of the high concentration of cocoa which will stimulate the fat burning process ..

    Drink A LOT of water .. flat water that is .. no flavors .. no minerals ..

    Stick to all these .. and you will lose that fat .. It takes some power of will to do it though…
