hi, i bet 500 bucks vs a co worker, i need to loose 15 pounds and she just need to lose 11 cause she is lady and she weight less than me, if i first lose the 15 pounds i will win the money please a diet and/or exercise to lose this weight fast i am 255 pounds
You can do 500 jumping jacks, followed by 10 minutes of running, and then 2 sets of fast 30 pushups and 3 sets of 20-30 situps
Try to do this twice a day , once in morning or after noon one around 7:00, do not eat more than u usually do, try to eat less, but barely less, like maybe a few spoons less of food only
try this excercise three times if you want to loose faster, and maybe upgrade to 700 jumping jacks per session
Once in moring
Once in afternoon
Once at night

i lost 30 lbs in 2 weeks using the slimfast shakes along with apple cider vinegar pills and pure water no other drinks it really works and for your dinner have something light that you will like keep yourself busy so you wont think about eating or getting hungry go walk alot try to run 45 min a day anything helps as long as you avoid spending too much time on the couch or sitting down loose th soda and you will be good
by the way the pills you can buy them at henrys market place

no candy no drinks that have nothing good in them - mango juice soda
run every night! make sure that you run everynight for at least a mile - run dont walk! - you should be sweating like crazy by the end - take the first day to find your speed - also do situps they burn a lot of fat - go on a 1500 - 1750 - calorie diet a day - dont be to strict but no candy or suger drinks!

So you want to lose 15 lbs in the shortest amount of time possible.
