Hello. I have very dry hands and for my line of work it is very important to me to keep them very moist. I’ve tried so many kinds of lotions and specific hand creams but I need to apply it so often. I was wondering if anyone knows of an herbal tea that will promote moisture or perspiration so that I can keep them moist.
Thanks for your input.
Please don't respond with various hand lotions. Thank you.
Yes..my grandma does this. You could get an orange pecoe tea. The orange supposedly opens up your sweat pores and makes the dryness go away.
Hope this helps

I would like to know what are all the home/herbal remedies which we are using in day to day life to cure or to bring down the blood sugar level down? How to make them and use?
There are none. If that were the case, Diabetes would not be a problem.
In the hospital we use IV's of Dextrose and potassium to bring down really high blood sugar levels but it still takes some time. It's not instant. If there was a remedy that accomplished this, don't you think the health care industry will try and capitalize on this? The only way to bring down glucose levels is proper diet and exercise and medication as prescribed by your physician.
I just started taking it and want to know if it works…how much weight do you usually lose. I gained alot of weight because i had a thyroid problem that i was not aware of so i want to lose that weight while controlling my thyroid….another question…is it normal that you have to pee alot after words because after i take it i have to pee like three to four times.
I've tried herbal life. I lost 16 lbs in 3 months. I like the product but I went out of town for a week and forgot the product. I gain 7 lbs back in a week. If you stay on it, it works great. Just come up with a maintenance program so that you can keep the weight off. I needed to lose 30 lbs in less then 3 months so I had to try Isagenix www.thedetoxlife.com. I did go to the bathroom a lot when I used herbal life and I think it's because it's a cleanse and that's how you detox you body. Good luck.
Do they actually work??x
Say Adios to your £s but not to your lbs!!!! Someone else who is doomed to fail as they look for something to lose weight for them!
The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer.
In practise for problems that came up on a regular basis we tended to use patient leaflets to avoid having to repeat ourselves this seemed a sensible use of resources. What follows is thus in effect me information leaflet.
Weight loss and fitness is always a long term commitment and never a quick fix. If you really want to reduce your weight a bit, this is a complex regime, that should help, I would get a pencil to write it down, in case you forget any of the intricate details.

2) Take regular vigorous exercise
Repeat 1 + 2 forever
Lately i've been drinking a lot of herbal cinnamon tea with lots of honey and lemon, and I was wondering if thats good for my body or not? I heard that tea is but i'm not so sure if honey is.
Honey is wonderful…in moderation. Too much of it, and you might as well be using full out sugar. Also, the darker the honey, the better it is for you.
My baby girl is badly inbred and has a weak immune system due to hypoparathyroidism (im not quite sure what it is either) and the mange is very severe. She actually only has about a third of her hair and looks awful. No one but me wants to touch her. I have tried numerous vetrinary products but nothing works. I was wondering if anyone knows of home or herbal remedies?
I have tried ivermectine and it gave her fits because of the hypoparathyroidism, and i have tried a spot treatment called advocate by bayer which is for mange, worms, fleas, and ticks. It started to work but she fell into the 2% it doesnt work for. She also has open sores caused by infected blood coming to the surface because of the mange therefore we cant use mitaban until they heal but they wont heal till the mange goes.
chihuahua magic, i will try that remedy and i will be sure to let you know. I am just about desparate enough to try any thing. i love my baby girl, i got her when i was pregnant with my first child and maternal instincts kicked in. I have 2 boys so she is my special girl. The only problem is the breeders were greedy for liver and tan pups in an area where dobes are few and far between, so her parents were too closely related, so the mange isnt the only problem, but its the only one we cant manage, and its the worst.
Yes! THIS ABSOLUTELY WORKS!!! But you'll spend about $20.00.
Combine powdered cloves, powdered wormwood and powdered black walnut hulls, and use to dust and rub in to her skin. Rub her down every other day for 10 days. It kills all parasites.
Available at 'herbalcom.com'. I have used them for years now and they have great herbs at the best prices.
ive just had a phone call of a lady from herbal life giving me info about the company and what is does sounds ok but is it a scam and will i get any benifits from working for them .im just want a work from home job .i have heard of them before so im in two minds what to do she said there is £100 fee to get my starter pack and bussiness card and some products what do u all think and as anyone had a bad time working for them and is it a SCAM !!!
I don't know that it's a scam but it is not all that it seems. You will have to sell a lot of their product to make any money. If they still operate the way they used to the lady who recruited you will take a certain percentage of what you make. You will also be required to recruit other people and so on. It really is a form of pyramid selling. If I were you I wouldn't touch it. All these things sound marvellous but usually end up by costing you money! Have you thought of setting up your own ironing service - my daughter did this when her children were small and it worked very well - I know ironing is a bore - but at least what you make will be yours to keep! I wish you luck and hope you find something better.
It's the one where you take water with aloe and a tea and then a shake and then two pills. You replace two meals a day with it. I just started taking it and wanted to know if anyone has had success with it.
My cousin sells Herbal life and swears by it, However she is very thin and doesn't need to diet, but her husband lost lots of weight with it and they even make their almost two y/o use herbal life products so i guess they are safe.
I love herbal tea, but I read on a website it may not be okay to drink during pregnancy. They especially adviced to stay away from Chmomile, but I personally don't see any harm in it? Am I wrong?
When it comes to herbal teas you do have to be careful because some herbs are used for home abortions and to induce labour – herbs such as raspberry leaf, dong quai, blue cohosh and rue (natural oestrogenic and uterine contracting herbs).
As such depending on how far along you are some herbs may cause problems, although I doubt this is something you have to worry about particularly if you are not using these herbs for those purposes, but I would still say to play it safe with herbs – do not drink anything unless you know it is okay to do so, people think herbs are harmless but just because they are natural does not make it so.
There is a good guide for you here - http://www.earthmamaangelbaby.com/pregnancy_herbs.html
Camomile tea specifically, it is generally regarded as safe as per FDA say-so, although it can be used as a mild emmenagogue (stimulates menstruation by softening cervix) in herbal teas in the form of your bog standard tea bags the effects are too small to mention – it is only if you were making tea from the herb itself or in strong doses then it would be considered an emmenagogue that could theoretically be a minor issue to take into consideration with early or late stages of pregnancy.
Despite not being a professional I'd personally say it is safe, its calming affects are very beneficial during pregnancy, and the emmenagogue effects are minimal so not enough to cause problems, probably putting it along the same lines as parsley tea so considered safe during pregnancy, and certainly better than drinking normal black tea.
In simple terms – chamomile tea good, any other herb be careful!
I found out 10yrs ago when i was pregnant i had protein in my urine. After the baby I was going to have a kidney biopsy but didnt go through with it. I’m not getting any side effects nor have i been treated with anything but would like to know if there are any herbs/ herbal remedies that could help prepare the kidney.
repair the kidney not prepare. lol
protein in urine is fairly common in pregnancy, and if it was 10yrs ago the chances of you still having it is almost nil
