Losing weight fast - hmm that doesnt sound to reassuring!

Don't jump into any fad diets because I gaurentee before the summers over you will have gained the weight back!

It's a simple two fold approach to losing weight (I lost 20 lbs in 2 months) - i walked 5 miles a day and changed up my diet! No soda (replaced it with water) and ate a lot healthier!

    I would say eliminate Sugar, Sodium and Dairy from your Diet. Eat 5-6 Small meals a day. Make sure each meal is less than 200 calories. Exercise 4-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes each time. Also, limit teh amount of fruits you eat because they have alot of sugar and Carbohydrates in them as well. If all else fells, try going on the Medifast diet from Take Shape for Life. I lost 25 lbs. from it so far and it teaches you to eat healthy just like I stated above.
